Modernized Customer Service Portal
Strathcona County
Strathcona County is migrating from an on-premise solution for its County Connect to a fully cloud service incorporating Microsoft Dynamics Customer Service.
Leveraging our Ascent for Centre of Excellence service, the County started with a thorough implementation of Power Platform and Dynamics environments, which helped ensure robust security, governance and architecture. They then developed both internal and external customer portals, applying their corporate brand, based on standards established in our Design Guidelines.
Using our Case Management methodology, the team at Strathcona County became fully independent - prepared to manage, support and scale the platform on their own.
